When you buy from Five Thirty Five Ltd  you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Faulty /  Damaged Goods

The vast majority of damaged items received will have received their damage in transit !!!

Please make a note of any scuffs or marks on the packaging of the product when you sign for it and mark the delivery note accordingly. 

If the courier has a 'clean signature' which now also includes delivery notes marked 'unchecked' they will not accept liability which will affect your claim.

If the product (s) are damaged we MUST be notified within 24 hours of delivery for your claim to be processed.

Non Faulty Returns

If when you receive the item you would like to return it to us, you must do so within 7 days of receipt and the item must arrive with us in the same condition that it was sent out in. 

 The cost of this return is the buyers responsibility.
